It would appear we do want to win the league after all, with our first home clean sheet in what feels like living memory. That's not to say that this was without the odd scare or two. Jackie McNamara did have to head one off the line at 0:0, but hey, it's Celtic in 2005, what do you expect?

The introduction of Beattie changed everything. He gave the attack some much needed pace, and generally gave Aberdeen a different kind of problem. That said the first goal owed more to the fact that John Hartson's head appears to have been made by the same firm that constructed Shane Warne's right arm. Just how do you get a ball to spin like that? But let's worry about that later. It was exactly the king of good fortune we haven't had at home for too long.

The points were sealed thanks to a nice driven pass from Beattie, Hartson being in the right place and of course the superb play of Chris Sutton. Two to go.
